Dan works as a freelance designer since 1991. He also runs interior design projects within the office environment.

Over the years, Dan has worked with more than 20 furniture manufacturers and except Edsbyn for example, IKEA, Dux and Källemo can be mentioned.

Dan also runs his own project: Dan Ihreborn Private Collection, a small collection of unique furniture and objects. Private Collection contains personal ideas alongside commercial assignments, designed both for pleasure and excitement, but also for the process that drives the new personal discoveries in design. Dan has also made exhibitions at the London Design Biennale, Museum Vandalorum and Tokyo Design Week.
